Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end financial reporting tasks
- Revenue & expense variance analysis and research
- Prepare reporting documents for management
- Provide support for leadership, investor, and Board meetings
- Financial modeling
Responsibilities:
- Manage data transfers from source systems to Oracle
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Oracle
- Support, develop, and design automated processes from various source systems
Responsibilities:
- Completing testing and walkthroughs of SOX controls
- Obtaining internal documentation
- Documenting and mapping policies and procedures
- Identifying control deficiencies
- Communicating with external auditors
- Participating in ad-hoc audit projects
Responsibilities:
- Working with cash flow analysis
- Analyzing investment income and expenses
- Processing ACHs and wires
- Building investment portfolio reports
Responsibilities:
- Reporting through Fortegra Learning Management System
- Develop, create, and produce a client training module/tools
- Provide insight into client training curriculum
- Host client training webinars
Responsibilities:
- Determining product pricing
- Executing statutory filing
- Analyzing client experience data
- Evaluating how to maximize profits
- Collaborating in program consultation and product development
Responsibilities:
- Documenting Claim & Premium processes
- Claim & Premium system processing & management
- Working with leaders to identify efficiencies
- Monthly account reconciliations and analysis
- Ad Hoc projects for upper management distribution
Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations
- Prepare financial report footnote disclosures and related supporting schedules
- Prepare monthly journal entries along with supporting documentation
- Support requests from external auditors
- Perform monthly and quarterly consolidation procedures
Responsibilities:
- Identifying additional sales channels
- Prospecting, presenting & closing sales
- Proposal development
- CRM management
- Lead generation
- Developing competitive analyses of various programs
- Evaluating accounts
Responsibilities:
