We’ve partnered with electronics retailers across the country, big and small, to make plans available to consumers everywhere. Even some utility providers offer our bundled protection plans.
Generally speaking, plans cover defects or accidents. However, each plan is different, so be sure to check your plan’s terms and conditions to know the exact coverage.
For the most part, yes. Although we do have some special plans, a protection plan added at the time of your electronics purchase just makes good sense.
It depends on the retailer; but yes, most of our partners will allow you to finance the cost of your protection plan along with your new electronics purchase.
For larger items—TVs, desktop computers, etc.—we’ll have a repair technician sent to your home to diagnose the problem and make repairs. We always try our best to do everything in one trip, but it depends on the repair. You also have the option to take covered items to an authorized service center, or ship smaller items to a repair facility.
We work with a vetted network of technicians, and will select one in your area that has a high quality rating and the availability to get to your repair ASAP.
For larger items, appointments are scheduled within 24 hours. Smaller devices that are shipped to a repair facility typically take between 2-3 days to fix, plus shipping time.
