Learn the business from the ground up in order to:
Represent company services in a
positive and professional manner to ensure continued sales and
company growth by developing positive business relationships with
agents and brokers.
Locate the most suitable market and
acquire quoted rates according to agent requests.
Primary Job Functions will
ultimately be:

Recruit new accounts and business.

Quote and place business in appropriate markets ( binding
authority or brokerage) |

Identify and analyze client exposures and assist in the
design of appropriae risk products. |

Develop and maintain effective agent and company
relatinships. |

Negotiate with companies and agents to address overall
coverage neeeds. |

Round out coverage on all accounts. |
| • |
Develop increasing knowledge of markets and products to provide
optimal service. |

Meet and exceed annual growth requirments and fulfill marketing
and sales goals. |
Education and Skill
Requirements

College Degree or Industry Equivalent |
| • |
Professional demeanor along with strong presentation and
negotiating skills. |

Professional designation or ability to become licensed. |
