Confidentiality

Information concerning Fortegra Financial, its employees, policyholders, customers, agents, or others on whom data is collected, stored, or processed is the property of Fortegra Financial and is confidential except for necessary disclosures for legitimate business purposes. To the extent provided in any other agreement between a user and Fortegra Financial, additional restrictions on disclosure and other duties of confidentiality may apply.

UserID/Password Use

If you have been assigned a userID for access to our On-Line Services, you are responsible for all activities executed under your userID and are the only one who may use it. To meet this responsibility, you must select secure passwords and keep them confidential. You are strictly prohibited from allowing another person to use your userID and its associated passwords, using a userID and password assigned to another person, or attempting to gain access to resources for which you are not authorized usage .

Restrictions

In consideration of being granted access to and use of the our on-line services, you agree that you will not: - Use the on-line services other than solely for the legitimate business purposes of Fortegra Financial and its related entities. - Use the on-line services in such a manner or for such purposes as to violate any local, state, national, or international laws. - Impersonate another person. - Allow any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view information.

Monitoring and Recording

Fortegra Financial has the right to monitor and record information that is communicated using our on-line services. Fortegra Financial may do so as it determines necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion.

FORTEGRA FINANCIAL HAS NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO A USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR PERFORMANCE OR NONPERFORMANCE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITIES.
